Welcome to Violette's Press. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. They are kept simple, in the spirit of the work.
About us
Violette's Press is the imprint and shop of Alice Saga — a Swedish fine art photographer, poet, and composer. The shop sells digital downloads, printed books and magazines, fine art prints, and limited or one-of-a-kind pieces from Saga's Curiosities.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown on each listing. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in SEK (Swedish kronor) or as displayed at checkout in your local currency. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm and accept the order when we send a shipping confirmation (or, for digital files, a download link). We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a piece is mis-listed, sold out, or appears fraudulent. In that case any payment will be refunded in full.
Intellectual property
All images, photographs, poems, prose, music, designs, and written content on this site are © Alice Saga and Violette's Press, and are protected under Swedish, EU, and international copyright law. Buying a piece grants you ownership of that physical or digital copy for personal enjoyment. It does not grant any right to reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially use the work in any form. To licence the work, please write.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. Please do not attempt to scrape, copy, or otherwise harvest the content or images, and please do not interfere with the site's functioning.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Violette's Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or the products sold. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute will be handled by Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the moment of your order is the one that applies.
