Violette's Press ships in three different ways, depending on what you've chosen — each with its own rhythm.

Digital downloads — Daffodil pieces

These arrive in your inbox the moment your order is complete. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder, then write to violetteamorina@gmail.com and we will send it again.

Books and magazines — printed and shipped by Blurb Prodigy

Our books and magazines are printed on demand by our partner Blurb. Production usually takes 3–5 working days. From there, shipping varies by region:

· Europe: 7–14 working days
· United Kingdom: 7–14 working days
· United States and Canada: 5–10 working days
· Rest of world: 10–21 working days

Blurb ships from facilities in the US, UK, EU, and Australia, so most orders are routed from the closest hub. Tracking is included.

Customers outside the EU may be charged customs duties or VAT on arrival; these are not included in the order price and are the buyer's responsibility.

Saga's Curiosities — sent personally from Sweden

These pieces are wrapped, signed, and posted by me, from Stockholm. Because each one is a small ritual, please allow up to 7 working days for packing before the package is sent.

Once posted:
· Sweden: 2–4 working days
· Europe: 4–10 working days
· United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
· Rest of world: 10–21 working days

All Saga's Curiosities ship tracked and insured. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order has not arrived

If you have not received your package within the windows above, write to violetteamorina@gmail.com with your order number. We will check the tracking, contact the carrier, and — if the package is lost — send a replacement or refund you in full.
