Returns and refunds
Violette's Press offers three kinds of work — digital, print-on-demand, and personally-handled fine art. Each has its own honest path.
Digital downloads — Daffodil pieces
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in any meaningful way, all sales of digital downloads are final. By beginning your download you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish and EU distance selling law.
If your file is corrupted or you have trouble accessing it, write to violetteamorina@gmail.com and we will resend it or refund you fully.
Books and magazines — printed by Blurb Prodigy
These pieces are printed-on-demand by our partner and shipped directly from their facility. Under Swedish and EU distance selling law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, write to violetteamorina@gmail.com and we will guide you through the return. Items should come back to us unused and in their original condition; return shipping is yours.
If your order arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds for returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Saga's Curiosities — fine art, signed editions, and one-of-a-kind work
These are made and shipped by me personally — at fine art prices, with the care that comes with that. I want every piece to find the right home.
If for any reason a piece is not what you hoped, you have the same 14-day right of withdrawal. Write to violetteamorina@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and I will arrange the return. Because these works are precious and shipping is significant, return postage is yours unless the piece arrived damaged — in which case it is on me, and I will refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Once the piece reaches me safely, a refund is processed within 14 days.
A note
Each Saga's Curiosities listing names exactly what it is, how it is shipped, and what care it asks for. Read the listing slowly, and write to me with any question before you order. Quiet emails are welcome.
